Conference Registration
You may register for Lab InfoTech Summit by clicking here, by fax, or by mail. Please be aware that all credit card receipts will reference Pathology Education Consortium (PEC). Space for the conference is limited so register as early as possible. Registrations will be processed in the order that they are received. Conference fees, in U.S. currency, must be paid in full and must accompany a completed registration form.

Walk-in registrants can generally be accommodated but pre-registration is preferable. Be sure to allow sufficient time for mailed registrations to be received by the Registrar. No registrations will be allowed for a single day, for a workshop only, or for the exhibitor area. Additional information about registration policies and deadlines can be obtained by calling the Conference Manager at 734.478.6728.

Confirmation Packet
Registration confirmation and payment receipt will be generated automatically for online registrants and sent via email to mail/fax registrants as soon as their registration information is processed. All attendees will receive their badges and conference materials when they check-in at the conference. If you do not receive confirmation for an online, fax, or mail registration or if you have any other questions, please call the Conference Manager at 734.478.6728.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by written notification no later than February 12, 2009 will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be made after February 12, 2009.

Accommodations
Conference attendees can reserve a suite at the Venetian Hotel at the special rate of $249.00 plus tax per night. Call the hotel directly using their toll-free number 888.283.6423 (or 888.2VENICE). Be sure to mention that you will be attending the Lab InfoTech Summit to qualify for this special group rate.

A total of only 200 hotel suites have been set aside for peak nights by the Venetian Hotel at the special group rate of $249.00 per night, so be sure to book your hotel reservation as soon as possible to qualify for it. The hotel reservation cutoff date is February 12, 2009. Reservations made after this date are on a space-available basis only and frequently at a higher rate. The Venetian has also extended the group rate of $249.00 to conference registrants for two (2) days pre- and one (1) day post-conference based on suite availability at the time of the reservation.

If the supply of conference suites at the Venetian is exhausted, registrants may want to directly contact neighboring hotels such as Treasure Island, Mirage, and Harrah’s that may also offer lower priced accommodations. Special Needs
If you have any special needs, please indicate this fact on your registration form or speak with the Registrar. You will be contacted before the conference to make special arrangements, if necessary.
